1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) Butter, softened
3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg
1 3/4 cups Milk Chocolate Morsels
1 cup Flaked Coconut
1 cup Choppped Pecans
3/4 cup Cranberries (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all dry ingredents together first.  Then mix in wet ingredients. Add in morsels, coconut, pecans, and cranberries.  Mix well. Drop tablespoon size dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at  375 degrees for 8-11 minutes.

  1. Now I know that I have died and gone to heaven. My oh my, gaining weight by second reading your posts. This recipe is a keeper for sure.

  2. Thanks for all the recipes Angela.
Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  3. this looks yummy... i may have to make some... thanks for sharing!!

  4. Question: are the cranberries dried or fresh ? Or does it matter? Usually I mix the dry ingredients into the wet, not the other way around when I'm making Toll house cookies.

  5. I am going to try them as soon as i get my oven in order. But the sound delicious.
