What keeps you going?

For almost 2 years now, we have stopped buying the soft drinks and we only keep water, milk, juice and FRS in the house. FRS is a healthy energy drink that is made of all natural ingredients. Most of the other brands that I have tried give a quick burst of energy and then you hit a wall and sometimes feel worse than where you started because they are filled with sugar and chemicals. FRS is actually made from a natural antioxidant called Quercetin which comes from fruits and vegatables. They are all natural and packed full of vitamins with very little sugar. For all you calorie counters, there are only 90 calories in 1 can.

Being a wife, mom of 3, full-time web developer, pattern designer and sewing book author, my days and weekends are super busy from morning until the late hours in the night. My husband actually got me to try the FRS drinks after seeing them on the Dan Patrick show and now we have them on auto-ship so we don't run out.

They have several different flavors and types of drinks and chews so you can decide on which one you like the best.  My favorite is the Healthy Energy Ready-to-Drink Cans in Citrus Pomegranate. I have tried the other flavors which also taste good and are true to what the label says... Apricot Nectarine tastes just like an apricot and nectarine. I have also tried the Orange Powder you mix in your water, which is not bad... tastes kind of like Tang.... but a healthy tang. We also buy the Healthy Defense during the winter months to help keep our immune systems healthy so we don't catch all the colds and flu that get spread so easily.
I swear by these drinks... it is what keeps me going everyday and stay focused on the task at hand. It makes my body and mind feel good and I am able to accomplish way more than I expected. Their customer service is awesome and is very helpful! If you are looking for that extra burst of energy to get you through your day or simply looking for a drink to give you the vitamins you need to stay healthy, I strongly recommend you try FRS. I am a huge fan and would not be able to get everything done if it were not for these drinks.

What keeps you going?

Roman Numeral 7

Roman turned 7 months old in July! Can someone please tell me where the time goes?

Even after having 3 kids, I am still amazed at how quickly babies grow up. In just 7 months this kid has learned how to eat, sleep, crawl, giggle, and is now pulling up on everything!

He has even learned how to do the "blue steel" pose {LOL! That one was for you Aunt Sarah!}.
