Show and Tell: Scrappy n' Happy
I stumbled across a blog today and was so excited to see one of my designs from book, Stop. Go. Quilt. Sew!
Jessica is an Aussie mum of 2 boys and her oldest son picked out the Traffic Light Quilt to be made for his room... YES! {Happy Happy Joy Joy!}
I especially love that she was able to make it using fabrics that she already had in her stash. Instead of piecing the background with the Jelly Roll strips, she used a full piece of fabric and then quilted it with the straight lines to mimic the one in the book. It looks awesome!
Thank you Jess for sharing your creation from my book. Your son must be so proud of his mum! I know I am. ;)
Next up... the No Parking bed cover... can't wait to see it!
Go check out all the fun things Jess has to share on her blog...
