They are all gone! Paige lost her two front teeth yesterday eating pizza. They have been loose for a few weeks now and they finally came out. First thing she asked me to do... that is after all the blood and tears were gone... was to take a picture of her. OKAY!
She is so excited... the tooth fairy even spoiled her a bit with a $5 bill for the two teeth. Maybe it was the cute little picture she colored for her that gave her a little bonus. ;)
I remember when I used to get paid for losing teeth. That made it not so bad.
ReplyDeleteYou got paid for losing teeth? How did that work out for you? Did you lose all the teeth you have? I can relate to losing teeth but getting paid for losing it, woah, that's another story! Thank God I was sponsored by a brentwood cosmetic dentist for some dental implants.
DeleteOh, I remember those years. We had trouble with the tooth fairy missing nights too....
ReplyDeleteIn 10 years she'll be saying she couldn't have asked for that picture ahahahah.
ReplyDeleteShe looks too cute and she's resembling you more everyday.
She's so cute even if she just lost her two front teeth. I got traumatized with dentists when I got my first tooth extraction. But now, I even initiated to have my invisalign in Sydney even if my teeth is not that crooked.
ReplyDeleteYour daughter is indeed cute even after losing those teeth. She even looked happy. It was funny because I saw this blog while I was having a teeth whitening in Beverly Hills and it made me so reminiscent about my childhood years when I first lost my tooth.
ReplyDeleteMy kid also had her two front teeth removed. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for sharing this, I think that it's very important that you get to witness events like this.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so cute especially with that smile on, those will grow pretty soon.
ReplyDeleteHow unfortunate she has to lose that just by eating pizza. My kid lost hers because of biting on a bbq'd corn. Well at least we are close to her dentist fort mill clinic so it wasn't much of a hassle.
ReplyDeleteI remember when I lost my two front teeth as a little kid. I thought I would never grow them back, until my parents explained that I'll be growing new sets of teeth. Luckily now I have perfect teeth thanks to our family dentist in Bloomington.
ReplyDeleteAs a kid, losing your two front teeth is just okay because it will still be replaced eventually as new ones will grow. But to lose it when you're in your 30s like myself, oh boy, it's terrible! Good thing the las vegas sedation dentist made sure I won't feel a single pain when it was replaced by an implant.
